Hello everyone. I’m a first time mom that currently has an almost 3 week old baby boy. My husband has thankfully been home with me this whole time, and doesn’t go back to work until July. I’ve been really grateful with his help. I exclusively pump, and my husband is going on a fishing trip for 4 days at the end of this month. I am severely anxious. Any advice on how to handle my baby by myself? I know this sounds dumb but pumping and solely taking care of my baby all on my own so early on causes me anxiety and I can already see myself becoming overwhelmed.

Hello everyone, I am 18 days postpartum and not supplying breastmilk well. I exclusively pump and pump strictly every 3 hours and only produce 2oz minimum each session and at most 3.5oz usually one session during the day. How do I increase my milk supply? Any tricks or hacks that swore worked for you? Please help me, I feel like a failure that I can hardly keep up with my baby feeding. We stopped latching and trying to breastfeed because he was born 4 weeks early and has a hard time latching and he gets really angry and frustrated fast 😓
