I have around 20 lacs to invest lumpsum in mutual funds what should be the right startegy to invest like when to invest , how much to invest.

I have a good amount of stocks of AVGO and wanted to know if i should sell or hold.
Do you have any predictions on this particular share what could be the future of this stock.
I am planning to buy a 3bhk in noida i have finalized two projects eldeco live by the green 1404 sqft at 1.55-1.65 cr and 1850 sqft ats picturesque reprieves at around 2.1-2.2 cr.
Both properties are in resale i am pretty confused i like the ATS flat better the size and layout but ats PR i am not sure is good to buy or not.
Any genuine suggestions
