Just got my Shimano Vanquish two days ago.

I already have the Vanford c2000shg for about over a month or two. Then I decide I want more. So i ordered Vanquish c2000shg and I just got it. From what i experience between these two reels, the Vanquish reeling feels a bit smoother like when you turn the handle and quickly release it, it spin a bit longer than the Vanford. Also the drag sound... Much better on the Vanquish. More solid sounding and satisfying. Like it's screaming for attention lol. So far satisfied with my purchase although I admit it doesn't get as 2x good as the Vanford compared to their price. But definitely there's noticable improvement and thus give more satisfaction during UL fishing session.😁

My 1st and 2nd ever fish caught using ultralight rig.

Hello folks. I'd just got myJDM UL reel yesterday ordered from Japan and going to tackle shop right after to buy rod and some UL accessory then setting everything that night. So this morning I'm so eager to go out testing my new gear and this what I caught. It's so much fun fishing using UL. Never in my life caught fish using fake bait moreover size like this. Before just traditional bottom fish using meat bait and waiting. Got a bit bored at times. But UL fishing is so much fun. My 1st UL proper setup and experience. So far so good. I'll be waiting for my next UL trip when I'm off from work to see what mystery creature I can catch more. 😁👍🎣
