Im 25W pregnant and the stomach emptiness just dont go away. I need advice very desperately.

I am already 25+2 days pregnant today and the stomach empty pit just doesnt go away. I have had this since the start. First trimester was understandable but im already at the end of second trimester. I am having food normally too but the emptiness just wont go away.

Please help.

I am already 25+2 days pregnant today and the stomach empty pit just doesnt go away. I have had this since the start. First trimester was understandable but im already at the end of second trimester.

I am feeling stomach emptiness or the hollow feeling even after eating adquently. Why does it happen? Does any nutrient deficiency cause it?

I am trying to have food but I am not able to eat more than my regular amount. It is physically not possible for me to eat more. I am also having snacks in between and also milk.

Im physically n mentally exhausted with this particular pregnancy thing.

Anyone experiend it? Is there anything that might help me? Any remedy or any tablet?

Please help.

PS: Anyone can suggest me any medication. Be rest assured I will not take any tablet without consulting my doctor.
