Hi Mario! First off, I wanted to tell you that the app is awesome, and I’m really enjoying exploring it. Great job on everything you’ve accomplished so far!

I was thinking that maybe the “Search” page could be renamed the “Explore” page and have more sections added to it. So I had some fun quickly putting together a mockup in Figma.

• I added a “Details” button and a “+” button so you can quickly access the entry and add the movie or TV show to your library or elsewhere.
• I added “Top-Rated Series” and “Top-Rated Movies” sections, whether all-time favorites or as rated by the Cinéphile community.
• I added a “Popular Actors” section to give users an idea of which actors are trending right now.
• A “Worth Starting” section with recommendations for series we haven’t seen yet but are worth checking out.
• I’ve displayed streaming services as cards for quick access.
• The option to view sections related to the streaming platforms you’ve bookmarked, so you can see what’s trending on those platforms.
• A “Popular Trailers” section
• A “Popular Collections” section that highlights film universe collections and sagas.

That’s a lot, but I had a lot of fun. Joking aside, here’s my idea for “improving” the search page so that it’s more personalized and reflects who we are based on what we’ve watched and our main platforms.

Hi! First off, as a former TV Time user, I just wanted to say that I love how the app has evolved over the past few weeks, and kudos to the devs for listening to our recommendations.

This post follows up on another post that aims to modernize the show pages so they look more elegant within the Apple ecosystem.

So, for my part, to go along with this idea, I thought the Explore page could also use a refresh. I took the liberty of creating a mockup on Figma for a redesign of that page. I kept the existing sections while adding Liquid Glass elements, as well as new sections like Saga Collections, popular series, and top-rated series.
