Planning to purchase a flat in Krishna Grandeur in Karjat . Is it a good idea?

Hi, we are planning to buy a flat in Karjat. Project name Krishna Grandeur. Currently we are living on rent. My wife says it is better to give EMI than giving rent. The only source of income is rent we get from 2 flats . Total income is 1 lac. Already home loan 16 k. The new flat EMI Is rs 20 k. The flat in Krishna Grandeur is under Gram Panchayat. Someone told me it was not a good idea to buy a flat in Gram Panchayat. Kindly advise.

Visit to Trimbkeshwar Jyotirlinga - Do This

Hi, yesterday on May 14th 2026, I along with my wife hired a cab from Panvel to Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga in Nashik. We took the kalamboli-taloja route, then to Dombivali, Kalyan phata and then to Samriddhi Mahamarg. En route we stopped at Mourya Missal . They did not have anything else but only the Missal which was just average. The manager cooly said..abhi baaki kuch taiyar nahi hai, sirf missal milega. Anyway, we reached Trimbkeshwar around 12.30 pm on a hot summer day. One mistake which we did was not to take VIP darshan costing ₹200 each. I am saying this because my feet are sensitive and I find it difficult to walk. The VIP darshan line starts from the EXIT side. So you can leave your shoes there ( Don't get trapped by the flower sellers who coax you to go from the entrance side) One more point to note is that they hardly give you time for darshan..few secs...but when my wife took out a note of ₹500 to offer as it was our mother's 1st death anniversary, the Pandit ji's attitude changed and he allowed her 1 minute of peaceful darshan. The security woman was pushing everyone and she asked her to be at ease. I understand there are so many people but at least they can allow 30 to 40 secs to each bunch of devotees. Only if you show money they allow you a peaceful darshan is wrong...So much for our faith. Food outside is the same in every hotel ; oil, spicy. They have written Gujarati, Rajasthani but even if you get specific cuisine the taste would be the same.
