Option Ask of .2, my order is a sell for .19. Last goes to .2 and my order isn't filled.

Does anyone know why my order literally never fills when it is below the ask and the last is changing to above .19?

Experience with Ally Invest?

Does anyone have experience with Ally invest? Do they have an intuitive platform and do they have a trading app like Think or swim or Active Trader Pro or is it more basic?
