Basically , I am on disability payments, however, I got paid a sick hrs from my employer, so I reported to the EDD , and the EDD deducted it from the following payment. Then, out of nowhere the employer is asking me to pay that money back because it was overpaid due to error from their side, I will pay my employer back but what I should do now with the EDD to get the amount deducted back? Please advise
