I feel like I have to move them just to feel them. They feel detached from my body. I feel like they’re empty if that makes sense. I can walk normally but I feel like “they’re not there” which is so weird.

Can this actually make you feel hot all the time?

11 weeks at 25mg thinking of going up to 50mg but too scared of the side effects.

Currently my side effects are:

Sudden surge of burning sensation in my skin (chest arms back of my neck)
Dizziness
Insomnia (sometimes)
Feeling hot but not sweating

11 weeks at 25mg, actuallu I felt fine from week 1 to week 4. Week 5 I started having sudden burning sensation on my arms and chest like I was on fire. And nausea. Has anyone experienced this?

Anyone here on sertraline and get the sudden surge of burning feeling on the chest and arms? Feels like they are on fire
