[App] Feedback appreciated for my app

I built an all-in-one finance calculator app that helps with mortgages, loans, debt payoff, retirement planning, investments, and refinancing. I originally made it because I was tired of jumping between multiple websites/apps for simple calculations. It’s now live on Google Play and I’d genuinely love honest feedback on what to improve.

  1. Firebase Analytics for my app uses a different time zone, while Google Play Console and AdMob use another time zone. Is there any way to make Firebase use the same time zone as the others?

  2. I originally published apps in 2018, and back then I used to see Google Play analytics updates much earlier than they do today. I created a new developer account again this year, and now the analytics seem much slower to update. Why is this happening? Can anyone explain?

  3. After releasing an update, I usually get organic installs for about two days, but then the install curve goes flat and I don’t get any new installs. During those first two days, I see unusually high activity. Why does Google Play stop showing my app to new users afterward? Could this be related to ads by my competitors?

  4. In one of my apps, I removed ads and noticed that organic installs increased significantly, even though the uninstall rate stayed the same. Why might this be happening?

  5. I restricted my app to a country, why do people from other countries able to download it.
