I know this is small numbers in the Youtube space in general, but I wanted to celebrate a small win in my channels first video views!
We are in a relatively small niche on average (TTRPG Actual Plays) with a very long video, and the views and engagement have really surprised us!
Any feedback on how to grow on this would be greatly appreciated from those more experienced.
Anyway, that's it.. just feeling happy and wanted to share the first leg of our journey!
