Med school and anxiety

Hello! this is my first post here ❤️

I'm 22 years old med student and this spring i had my very first panic attack on subway and after that my anxiety got more intense - I can't concentrate or do any homework, because it triggers my panic that something is wrong with me (like brugada syndrome, dvt, cancers and etc) I'm really really stressed out and thinking about quitting med school (but what about my love for that field, my friends, 3 year that i can't dump into the water)

I'm good student with excellent gpa but these days I really don't know what to do and i want advice for my problem...

MED SCHOOL IS MAKING ME TO LOSE MY MIND!

Hello! this is my first post here ❤️

I'm 22 years old med student and i have constant anxiety about my health (these feelings got more intense after my dad died in 2021, because of COVID) and I'm diagnosed with OCD.

This spring i had my very first panic attack on the subway (or i had them in the past too, i don't know, OCD makes me to question about my memory) and after that my life got very very hard, I even have fears about my fears and med school makes this process worse.

In 1 month I have OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) exam and I'm so nervous what if I'll have panic attack there too.

I'm medicated for 3 weeks now and it doesn't show any effects right now (fluoxetine 20mg) and I've read that it starts working after 4 weeks but I really don't know

Can someone give me advice what to do?
