Osteoporosis cause in young male?

More than one year ago I got diagnosed with Osteoporosis after suffering a femoral neck (hip) fragility fracture and requiring surgery (I also suffered two small rib fractures that year). 22 years old male. -2.9 on DEXA.

But one year later, they still dont know the cause, I got blood tests for everything, 24h urine tests, etc. and everything looks normal except the CTX which is way above normal range. I also had some small lack of VIT D but that was solved already, however they dont think that was the cause (rn my vit d level is almost 70) and one year later of taking calcium and vit D my DEXA shows no improvements.

Anyone had a similar experience and was able to get a diagnosis? There are not other cases on my family and I don’t have any brother as after me there was an abortion and thats it.
