Back story:

My 3 month old refuses to sleep anywhere but on me or her father.

She is yet to spend a night in her cot/next to me. She HAS to contact sleep ALL THE TIME.

I need sleep consultant reviews!

I am in desperate need of help!

This is my second baby, my first was not a great sleeper either but moved into her cot 2 months and moved into her own room at 5 months.

I am now struggling with my second baby! She is 3 months, and she will not sleep anywhere but on me or her dad.

She has never slept a night in her cot/ next to me. We obviously co-sleep but she ends up sleeping on top of me most nights instead of in the bed. We usually go to bed at 10pm and she wakes up every 1/2 hours. The longest she has slept is 4 hours but this has only happened twice.

She will not transfer into another sleep space, even if she has high sleep pressure - deep sleep, floppy arm and asleep for around 15/20 mins. She will be placed into her cot asleep and wake up in less than 2 minutes.

I have tried white noise, placing hand on chest, a heated blanket in the cot before placing her in then removing it.

Really need some advice!! Very tempted to get a sleep coach/consultant because i dont know what to do.
