I used bleach (toilet bowl cleaner) and vinegar in the same room

I was cleaning my bathroom and had toilet bowl cleaner containing bleach and a vinegar soak in the tub (a couple feet away). I realized after 5 minutes or so that it's possible the fumes could mix to create chlorine gas. Being a science major, I knew that bleach and ammonia cannot mix, but I never considered the fumes mixing from being in the same vicinity. Is it possible that chlorine gas can form from these chemicals being in the same room?

I used bleach (toilet bowl cleaner) and vinegar in the same room

Help! I had some burning in my throat and now it has been about 16 hours and I developed a prickly throat with some mucus (woke me up at 4 am). My bathroom does not have windows but I did open the windows of my apartment for 4-5 hours and turned on the fans. I am low key freaking out because searching my symptoms on the internet is scaring me, especially because I got a new throat symptom 16 hours after the exposure. Would using the two chemicals in the same room so briefly really be that big of an issue? I have health anxiety so I'm not sure if i am just getting ahead of myself or if it is actually dangerous or not.
