GILAS PILIPINAS THOUGHTS

I think it's time for Gilas Pilipinas to seriously consider a new direction. We need a head coach who gives all 12 players meaningful minutes based on merit, effort, and who's performing well on the court, not just stick to the same rotation regardless of how the game is going. Just look at how CTC managed this game Mike Phillips and JDL almost barely saw the floor despite being effective, while RJ Abarrientos and Justin Brownlee logged heavy minutes even though they weren't as effective in this matchup. A coach should be willing to adjust based on who's producing instead of relying too much on certain players. At the same time, I also think it's time to start looking for Justin Brownlee's successor as our naturalized player. Brownlee will always be a Gilas legend, and every Filipino basketball fan should appreciate everything he's done for the national team. But father time is undefeated, and his recent performances show that he's not getting any younger. This isn't about disrespecting him, it's about preparing for the future and ensuring Gilas continues to improve and remain competitive.

INC RALLY THOUGHTS

My Second Playthrough of RDR2.

I recently started my second playthrough of Red Dead Redemption 2 after finishing it back in 2024. Honestly, I never thought I would replay it so soon because of how emotional the ending was, especially Arthur's story.

I played with high honor during my first playthrough, and Arthur's journey in the final chapter genuinely moved me. His character development, the choices he makes, and how his story concludes left a lasting impact on me. Even after two years, I still remembered how emotional those moments were.

The reason I decided to play again was because an RDR2 video suddenly appeared on my FYP in TikTok. It brought back so many memories that I couldn't resist reinstalling the game and starting over.

As soon as I began playing, all the excitement I felt during my first playthrough came rushing back. I was once again blown away by how incredible the graphics are. Even years later, the game still looks amazing. But more than that, it's the storytelling that continues to impress me. The world feels alive, the characters feel real, and the story is one of the best I've ever experienced in gaming.

For me, RDR2 remains my favorite game of all time, even ahead of Grand Theft Auto V. Very few games have made me feel as connected to a character as I did with Arthur Morgan.
