my ocd makes me overthink any interaction with the opposite gender as though it is me cheating, it even gives me phantom sensations that convince me that I am attracted to people other than my partner when I am not, it has taken over my life and taken every happiness from me, I just want to be happy with my partner and not have these constant thoughts, does anybody have any tips on this please

I have a rhinoplasty in 6 days and I have extreme fear of death during anesthesia, I really need this nose job but I am just sooooo fearful of something happening during it, please tell me if you''ve had similar experiences
