Not really a rant but closest flair to what I needed. I'm going crazy with ear ringing today. It's driving me to tears. Any help/suggestions??

It's a lovely day here, sat outside to eat my lunch, BANG have a migraine. 30 minutes in sunshine, how dare I.....
