guys what to do now the diff is approx 20k someone pls help

also the forms were closed on 12th jan didnt check at that time any possibility for the refund

During counselling, I was allotted B.Sc. Botany in a different college whose fees were higher than my current upgraded college. At that time, I paid the extra fees and chose the upgradation option. Since my current college fees are lower, I want to know how I can get the refund of the extra amount. It has already been 7–8 months, and I was waiting for it to be credited automatically to my account.

anybody who could tell the real stats and the min cg to get a decent placement ECE for tech and non tech both kindly help me!!
