PI license to do probate genealogy in PA?

Just as the the title says. I'm interested in doing probate genealogy but am unsure if this falls under the PI role in my state of Pennsylvania. If so, I am definitely not qualified for that based on those licensing requirements😅 Thanks in advance!

The Kat/Brady ring *spoilers*

It made absolutely no sense to me why Jacob would have the Kat/Brady ring.I t woud make more sense for Jacob to use Del's ring etc. It was a lazy choice by the writers. Jacob fell in the pond through no fault of his own, but he's done absolutely nothing meaningful since getting back (except saving Elliot). Him getting the ring does not feel earned at all. Why is his niece gifting him a valuable heirloom? Jacob should have refused it.

With that said, while their initial meeting was intriguing, Abby and Jacob were the most rush, corny couple in the entire series. They both come off as entitled teenagers who were just meeting for the first time. You could blame the writing/surprise cancellation, if it weren't for the fact that we were introduced to Fern and Cliff at the same time. Their romance felt earned. It was heartbreaking when Cliff died and Fern was left alone. Meanwhile, I could care less if Abby left Port Haven forever.

For Alice, the ring was meaningful because it represented her parents. It would still be meaningful if it was used for her own proposal or she gifted it to another of her own descendants. It would be considered to be super bad luck for it to be gifted to another couple since Kat and Brady are divorced. BUT I'm guessing Abby and Jacob are divorced in the future, or Abby is dead, so the ring is definitely bad luck either way!
