Had my HT march 8th 2026 17 weeks in and wow it’s come on great I had it cone by dr mia hair growth centre harrow London
The shredding phase I was worried about but now I’m so happy and confident is sky high

I use regain men moose and use a brush to get right in the roots

Iv just started using rosemary and mint oils for my hair
