How are these seats? I panic bought them during the pre sale. Are they on the same level as the GA or are they elevated?

I have a 14 month old with very sensitive skin and eczema. We will be going to a few cottages this summer and of course spending lots of time outdoors. Wondering if the Nat Pat stickers actually work?
What colour would you get? I’d like to wear year round (Canada). Is black the best bet? The white looks so nice too. Just thinking about summer though, how could I style it (mostly for office).
