It is 30th business day for me and still no changes.
I am an internal medicine physician with cardiology endeavor focused on a specific problem within cardiology, cardio-obstetric.
Do you think it will take until day 45?
I have around 70 citation , 20 full publications , 20 abstracts, had two letters , but unfortunately no strong independent one.
I also heard they expect physicians to have NIH or cdc funding at the moment and reject more and more MDs
Do you think waiting so far leads to high likelihood of RFE or rejection for pp?
I have become less optimistic now that more and more MDs are rejected who would have previously been accepted easily.

So, my wife is a LPR and naturalizes next year. We have a pending F2A with the PD early 2025 (lagging 13 months behind or so).
I also have an approved EB2 I140 and the PD went current some time ago.
I was wondering if it is problematic to withdraw the family based i485 and do a new one for EB2 (lawyer discourages interfiling or having two i485 at the same time).
What do you recommend me to do? I feel like F2a takes ages, but my wife naturalizes next year.
I am currently H1b and a physician in the US btw
