What should I do?

So I moved out of this apartment complex almost a year ago and I’ve been trying to get a new apartment (I move back home with my parent). Recently I found out that I have a judgment against me from a month on where I lost my job and they tried to start evictions papers. I paid them before that could happen and it now on my credit showing that I have a judgment again them and they won. Was this supposed to happen because I never got served anything and the only paper I got was telling me that I had 7 days to pay or they was filing it. Now I’m having a hard time getting approved for apartment complex’s because of this. I never got evicted, I stayed for the rest of my lease and they still took some of my deposit at the end.

I never went to court or never saw a judge. I’m only 24 and I never had this happen to me ever. Is this normal? How do I go through getting this removed.

This happened in Alabama, Madison County.

Overnight Job

I’m looking for an overnight job while being in school during the day. I’m looking for a full time job working at least 40 hours a week. I moving to Huntsville in July and is a desperate need for a job to get approved for an apartment. Any recommendations?

I’ve tried the hospital and all they do is decline me on every application I’ve sent in. And Amazon doesn’t have any jobs right now either. I feel like not giving up.

Test anxiety

To the people who have test anxiety and passed how did you overcome it? Cause right now I’m having the worst time trying to get over the anxiety of this test. But even time i click an answer and ik it right, I click the opposite of the answer because i over think it. Also the time i feel like i rush to find the answer because of the time aspect and it happened the same way every-time. Right now I’m scoring in each subject better than I did for my diagnostic test. Here s the the results:

Diagnostic test:
Reading: 68.89%
Math: 84.21%
Science: 36%
E&L: 67.57%

1st test after studying each subject (worst score to best):

Reading: working on right now
Math: n/a
Science: 76%
E&L: 72.97%

(I’ll update when I’m finish with each part)

For my ABSN program we need an average of 70% to get into the program.

I’m doing way better than the diagnostic test but I think the biggest thing right now is the test anxiety. Math is my strong suit and I love it. But science is somewhat of a strong suit of mine when I sit and studying it. But English/Reading right now is my worst and I have always had a hard time sitting and studying for that part cause I hate the long reading passages.

So please any advice will help.

Huntsville Hospital jobs

I’m looking for a job at Huntsville Hospital, particularly in Patient Care Aid Full-time, because I start Nursing school in the spring of 2027. This would be my first job working at a hospital and I’m moving back to Huntsville to graduate from my first degree and get my second at the University of Alabama In Huntsville. I’m in a desperate need of a job that will give me an offer letter to get an apartment and trying to move in July. I have a few questions:

  1. Who do I get in contact with? (that actually answer at the recruitment office)

  2. Why is it so hard to get a job there?

  3. Should I wait till I move down there?

  4. Who should I get in contact with if I want to work in a specific department?

I have sent emails to the recruitment and I have waited over a month now to get an answer back and still haven’t gotten a message back. I’ve applied online and most of them said I was not chosen while others say they letting my manager of those department review them. I only have a few weeks till I have to move back and I don’t want to end up being jobless for the first few months of being there. Also this is my first time of moving to a different state while trying to find a job and I’ve never been in this situation.

Sorry for the grammar if anything is spelled wrong, something wrong with apple and they texting lol.

All inclusive resorts

I’m want to take a trip for my graduation/birthday (they are a week apart) in December. I was wondering what’s better going through a travel agent or doing it myself? This would be my first trip out of the country and want to see what is the cheapest and reliable way? I want it to include flights too.

Also what resort would you choose for a recommendations?

Questions

I have a few questions about the TEAS exam:

  1. Do you get the conversion sheets on the exam?

  2. How long is the test?

  3. Do you get brakes in between each subject?

  4. What is the main things I should worry about the reading and English / Language?

  5. What is the point of the TEAS if I still have to take prerequisite classes anyways?

  6. Does the science part shows you what part of the subject that it’s on?

I might have more later but these are the ones I’m most worried about it. Thank you in advance for answering my questions.

I do sign up for every single one and still haven’t gotten one yet. Especially big amount. What websites and apps do you guys use to keep updated on the judgements and settlements?

*Sorry for my errors in advance*
