After the World Cup, I’ve decided that I’m gonna get back into the prem again. I used to be an Arsenal fan when I was a child (as one is), and I stopped following the prem when I was around 12 as basketball became more interesting to me.

I decided about a month ago that I was going to draw names out of a hat and the last time that I picked was going to be the team that I support through thick and thin for the rest of my life.

Super excited to cheer for this club, seems like this could be the year that we break through the mediocrity of the middle-bottom of the table, despite pundits telling us that we’re gonna be relegated.

I had a direct flight to Dublin on August 1st. WestJet rebooked me for a flight on August 2nd that has a layover in Halifax. I’ve been on hold with WestJet for 9 hours and counting and they keep telling me that they can only issue me a partial refund for my connecting flight to Halifax.

How the heck do these vulture companies get away with this awful treatment of Canadian consumers? It’s 1:48am at the time of writing, if I went to bed and called them later today, I wouldn’t even get to a resolution before my new flight at 6:15, and they would just list me as a no show. Screw WestJet, first and last time booking with such a predatory airline.

Hello everyone!

Im making my first trip to London and I have tried to do a bunch of research on what Indian restaurant to visit while I am there.

I will be in London for 4 nights, and I want to hear everyone’s “Must Try” Indian place. For additional context, I am Half-Punjabi so I’m more familiar with North Indian cuisine. That being said I’m very open to trying any kind of Indian restaurant.

With the current CAD-GBP exchange rate (lol), I’m not saying that money is no object. However, I’m willing to spend upwards of £100–150. I’m open to trying any kind of Indian cuisine, provided that I’m not wasting my money because of “Influncer Inflation”.

I’ll be staying around Hyde Park and am not looking for a 2+ hour commute by public transit.

I just attended a webinar for the new CPA Professional Program in Ontario, and they indicate that a minimum GPA of 70% is required to write the knowledge assessment. I have a GPA of 69%. Does anyone know if the CPA will accept your best 120 credit hours if I take an extra course to bump my GPA up?
