What is heretical about Nestorianism?

What is heretical about saying Jesus has two separate natures? If Jesus has two distinct natures than it would make sense why he is able to die (since his divine nature wouldn’t die only his human) and why he has to learn things (since his human mind isn’t all-knowing).

If Jesus died for us, what happened to all the dead people?

Were they in heaven and subject to God’s rules of Judaism before Jesus was born and crucified or is there something else?

Why did social stigma around cremation of the dead develop differently?

To zoom in a bit, why did Viking tradition develop in such a way that cremation of their dead was commonplace while in the birthplace of the Abrahamic religions it was frowned upon? Was burying the dead considered a way of differentiating one’s own nation from another, like circumcision? Is this all a presupposition and Viking tradition on cremation varied?

Why do Christians have to believe in the trinity?

What Bible passages say the Father, son, and Holy Spirit are all manifestations of one deity (the Father). Why can’t Jesus be a separate holy man that brought about Christianity? It feels like it would be a lot easier to explain if Jesus was just a dude kind of like the other Patriarchs.
