How'd id do + what upgrades to do?

Just bought this 2002 suburban LT for 2,950 from a neighbor who wanted to get rid of it! With 132k miles and 2 owners in florida, from what I've read these things are bulletproof I'm just wondering what upgrades I should do because I've read the transmissions can be iffy but this one seems to shift smooth and what to do about the cracked dash but other than that its great no seat tears and no rust but the carpet is shot with stains but overall what do you guys think.
