I wish I had found gouache sooner 😩

Hey guys!

I’m not an artist at all, I just enjoy painting and sketching here and there. I tried to love watercolor so many times because that’s what everyone recommends to hobbyists. I poured so much money and time into it, but I never really understood or enjoyed the medium.

Then, a few weeks ago, I discovered gouache and fell in love so quickly I can’t even tell you 😄

And yes, I see that the colors are muddy, and there are many things wrong with this piece. But it was the most fun I’ve had with painting since middle school.

I used the much-hated Himi gouache for this piece because, although I got myself a nice set of Shinhan colors, it’s just so easy to sit down, open the Himi, and relax.

What percentage of your viewers turn on English subtitles?

Hey guys!

I'm a non-native English speaker making videos in English as I live in Canada. I recently realized that around 15-17% of viewers turn on English subtitles for my videos.

I know this could be for many reasons, like a hearing impairment, not actually listening to the video, or even due to my Eastern European accent for some people. So I would love to hear your experience with this matter.

Most of my viewers come from the US and Canada, and I have around 3-5K views on a video if it matters.

Thank you for your input!
