I am 100% convinced that HH generalized is linked to gut and digestion issue , for example I don’t sweat too much (meaning I sweat like a normal person who would sweat normally) when I am fasted and once my digestion is completed.

I have seen a lot of persons talking about fasting reducing their HH to zero.

A lot of comments as well on retatrutide helping reudcing HH retatrudie which makes people eat less and which forces them to stay fasted for longer periods of time.
