What to do with the smile line that I have only on this side of my mouth?

I’ve changed sleeping position and sleep on my back or on the other cheek for months and nothing happened.

I’ve just arranged to go to Amsterdam for World Pride but haven’t booked any of the events and pretty much everything is sold out.

Is it still worth it to go?
