I’ve been twitching for 17 months since I got flu A. I have heds and pots ect.

Diagnosed with sciatica from my NCT/EMG and MRI.

For a year my foot and ankle have felt fatigued and painful. Sometimes from the fibula head down. I can still heel walk and tip toe. During the day mostly tingly feelings and some stabbing pains. However when I get into bed and sleep it’s a different story. I start getting nerve pain right by my SI joint on the left side where I have disc issues. It throbs an whilst this is happening my ankle also throbs and top of foot to big toe. All night the foot feels heavy and if I lift it, the calf and achillies feel super tight an th front of my ankle hurts. I sleep like a ballerina so that it doesn’t hurt. It’s been like this for one year. I did have sciatica in 2021 with a numb foot for a while so it not the first time but since I have twitching now it causes me more anxiety. It’s my more twitchy leg and toes like to twitch lol.

I worry some nights I’ll wake up and just won’t be able to walk. 😩

Coming up to 17 months of twitching. One year since I’ve had an ache in my ankle and pain. Now my tib/shin is on off having little pops and my dorsiflex seems more fatigued and achy. If dorsiflex both feet and hold, that one will almost give out sooner.

Really worried it’s bad for me. x

The last month I’ve had a few Tiblias anterior pops in the morning when I wake up!

I have hEds and lots of issues with tendons and pain too but for some reason these tib ones stress me out. I was getting on and off in the front of my ankle for a year but they completely stopped and now this!
