Hi, i had to skip Cissia the first time because i really dislike Seed and i didn't want to pull for her for Cissia to be relevant in endgame.

With Norma's release i rewatched Prydwen's data and it seems that she performs as well in hypercarry if not better. In the tierlist though she's marked as a Seed partner so which is it?

I really like Norma and i've even pulled her LC so if she's great with Cissia i'll probably pull her on a rerun.

Second question, is Cissia's Sig worth pulling in an hypercarry comp?

I couldn't manage to 3 stars Reaver even with E1 Yao and both sigs on SW and Sparxie, my cas team (full E0s0) couldn't either. (skill issue ik)

Even without Yao and a low invested team (E1s0) she could when others couldn't

I feel people underestimate Huohuo's contribution to this team, 'coz being able to restore that much energy to 3 characters who need it is pretty huge and might be difficult to replace.
