Image 4 is the rambling Base kit changes: Removed Sprout's Epic Gear. Super charge rate adjusted to be exactly 20% for exactly 5 hits for one super. This also increases the hits for a hyper from 11 to 13 to make up for the rework.

Base kit changes: Jessie hyper rate 1.66 supers --> 2 supers Removed Epic and Mythic Gears.
