Does anyone have any experience taking paternity leave and just working 1-2/days per week? And getting paid parental leave for the other days?

I have a 2025 x3 lease which I am generally very happy with and I lost one of the keys. Short of going to the dealership and buying by from them is there a BMW open site that sells? But wouldn’t I need the dealership to sync the key with the car?

Also any idea costs ?

Do most people just use their phone as a key and through the BMW app?
