People living in Haldwani who work from home, what do you guys do on the weekend to avoid boredom?

I have samsung galaxy watch 4 LTE. Recently I update it to latest one UI, since then whenever I connect it to my phone, the battery drops from 100-0 in a hour. Otherwise the battery lasts for around 2-3 days even with workout tracking. I even wiped the dalvik cache, still no result. Can any one help with issue? Or if possible can I downgrade it back to older one UI?
