Need suggestions regarding career trajectory, Recently Joined Hdfc as a RM and wanted to change to other domain

Hey Everyone,

I recently joined Hdfc bank RM at a good CTC but don't want to stay in this toxic environment and all.

Just wanted to get a suggestion what should I do to change it? They're also saying that they stay at least 2 years in hdfc and get internally switched, is it true?

And I'm thinking of doing CFP and getting into the Wealth management role.

All suggestions will be appreciated.
