Hi my friend sent me this 🫶 and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?
“when i hit the power button the keyboard lights up and i can hear the laptop whirring, but the screen stays black. no logo or anything. i connected it to an external monitor and my background displayed just fine on the external monitor but the laptop screen itself stays black. “
It’s a Predator PH315-55.
Update: she says that it’s not showing that display as an option. her other computer on that monitor would let her duplicate/extend the screen, but the primary screen is not showing up when using the second monitor.
