Beginner sewer here and I am officially stuck

I have been working on this shirt pattern off and on since LAST April and I am still struggling to fully understand the instructions. I have only sewn two pajama pants before this (and honestly the pockets alone nearly took me out lol).

I cannot find a YouTube tutorial for this exact pattern, so I am hoping someone can point out what I am misunderstanding.

A few questions:

1.	On the cutting layouts — was I supposed to fold the fabric in half and cut doubled pieces that way?

2.	In sewing diagram #1 — am I missing left side panel piece #2?

3.	In sewing diagram #2 — am I also missing side panel piece #4?

4.	In diagrams #3 and #4 — did I cut something incorrectly? Piece #5 does not seem to line up with piece #6 at all. Referring back to question 2 and 2, I do have two additional pieces labled panels; however, they do not align with pieces 1 or 3 so same thing.

Any advice, explanations, or “here is where it went wrong” feedback would seriously help because right now I am completely stuck. 😭

I am genuinely curious how ThredUp processes everything.

Are you all in warehouses?

Do you have quotas for how many bags/items you get through?

Do the people photographing items get any incentive if things sell?

Are gloves provided? I sometimes see black rubber gloves and other times knit gloves.

And the photos tho…..

Is the camera on a timer where you only have a few seconds per item?

Is it automated or are you uploading photos manually?

How fast-paced is that part of the process?

Anyone have insight into how it actually works?
