can i file a complaint po against my proctor in post grad? i have reached out na rin sa higher ups and di naman ako pinapansin.

context: our proctor did something na nag contribute sa failure samin. although it was partly our fault, it was more of a power tripping kasi this was the first time na mangyari ito.

should i involve ched as well?
