Need anime recommendation

Looking for a romance anime recommendation 🙏

I’m searching for a wholesome high school romance anime with:

Little to no fan service

Little to no sexual scenes

sweet and innocent romance

characters that actually feel natural and not overly cringy

good emotional development

really good animation is a huge bonus ✨

Extra bonus points if the female lead starts off cold/quiet/distant at first but slowly opens up and falls in love over time/or the female character is an cheerful, bubbly girl 😭

I prefer romances that feel genuine and comforting instead of overly dramatic or filled with weird comedy/fanservice moments.

Some slower-burn romance is fine too.

Trying to find an anime from one scene

I only remember a scene where a dark blue/black-haired girl was alone in a bedroom with a boy. She tried to kiss him first but pulled away, then the boy suddenly became cold and took it too far, making her cry. I remember him saying something like “Is this what you wanted?”

The animation looked modern/newer. The scene felt emotionally uncomfortable rather than romantic.

Does anyone know what anime this might be? Please help my ass, im going crazy finding it
