Personally as a meme it is quite good.
But I believe his body was already near death. Mimihagi only prolonged his life. As the name itself suggests, stillness and stagnation. Mimihagi just halted his death and prolonged his lifespan.
Second point is I don't belive Healing kido works for terminal diseases. Unohana actually said that Hiyori's life was critical and didn't give guaranteed survival. Furthermore even Rejection phenomenon i.e Orihime powers doesn't work on soul king.
Honestly saying I don't know anything about replacing organs pov. But I think it is not as simple as replacing organs. And maybe even with souls, if body was already feeble, it may not even be possible to transplant organs.
