Went to trade in a boxed 3DS, they stuck a price sticker straight on the front of the box before testing. After testing I was told they’d only offer me a discounted rate because the speaker was broken (it isn’t) and when they handed me the item back they ripped the price sticker off and it’s ripped a part of the box art off while also leaving nail dents around it. Even though I watched this happen before it was handed back to me, they’re claiming it arrived to the shop in that condition. Is there a way to complain about this?

Tried to trade a boxed 3DS into the shop this week, unused and in perfect condition with unopened manuals and everything. They took it in for testing and then told me they couldn’t grade it as boxed because the stylus wasn’t official (which is a load of rubbish because, like I said, unused). Tried to offer me the discounted rate and I refused and took my item back. So I was wondering if I tried to trade it in at a different store, can they see that it’s been attempted for a trade in previously?
