Wizzair VS Airhelp - who took my money?

I want to share my story with you.

My flight was delay by more then 3 hours, in that case by UE law you can get 250-600 euro compensation. Right away I apply for a claim throught airhelp website. After 7 days I discovered I can do it directly on Wizzair website without third part 35% fee. I cancel my claim through airhelp on a next day (It'a a 14 days cancel policy) unfortunately Airhelp already sent a request in my name to Wizzair and they got a money.

It's been already 6 months and one company sending me to another and back.

Airhelp saying they returned the money and they sending me proof of bank transfer combined with other returns without any details and saying it's enough to track my case and I should contact Wizzair.

Wizzair responding that case is already closed and the claim was paid to Airhelp and they didn't get any return bank transfer from them on the official account.

I know it's not a lot of money but I'm stuck with 2 corporations and how should I know who is right?

I know I can go to european consumer rights to complain about it, but if it's really worth it? I spent so much time calling, sending emails writing on the chats between this to companies This situation is really taking my mind and after half year I'm in the same start point.

Thank you for any advice
