I’ve been trying to watch JJK episode but the subs won’t work when 2 people are talking? And it might be the download, so I was wondering what sites have the correct ones I should get?

For Instance works fine on my laptop but when I try and play it on my TV I only get 1 set of subs and it just ignores the 2nd person talking.

Trying to watch some anime from my hard drive and it won’t show me the 2nd set of subs if someone’s talking the same time as someone els. Anyone help with this?
