Stray needs help!

Hello everyone, this unneutered male cat has started coming by my apartment and I’ve been giving him food but he is still very malnourished. He also has like scabs all over his nose I’m not sure from what and his nailbeds look red and swollen. He is very sweet and friendly and likes to sit on laps, he also knows how to use a litterbox. I have two cats of my own and they get stressed when he comes by so I can’t really let him in. Im not sure what I can do to help him as I don’t have a job rn so I can’t take him to the vet. I am located in Bell Gardens, Ca.

My cat can’t put weight on his front leg

Hello everyone, yesterday my cat had to be taken to the vet because he somehow got into the neighbors yard who have two dogs and got into a scuffle with them. Once I got him home I noticed he couldn’t put weight on his front right leg so I took him to the vet. At the vet they said his leg doesnt seem broken and his nails were gone maybe from running or fighting the dogs and he had two scratches. I couldn’t afford the x rays so I just got him pain meds. My question is has anyone dealt with something like this? And how can I keep him entertained while also helping him heal for 10-14 days?
