Nova Grade Deadline + Canvas Outage

Do you think or see a possibility of Nova extending the last day to turn it grades due to the outage? The last day to turn in assignments for the school is next Monday, but this is the second time within 3 days Canvas has been down. For the most part, professors understand the situation and would give out extensions, but still, the school itself has a deadline. Do you believe there's a chance they will push it due to the outage? Is it even possible?

I am currently finishing up my freshman year at a cc with plans to major in psychology. I had only recently been trying to succeed in school after being an average student most of my life, and also having an academic/mental slump, and was moving a lot for the majority of high school. I come from a family that was never informed about what schools and colleges in America are like, so I was never brought up to understand the importance of doing well in and out of school to make my applications look good to get into colleges, but my goal was always to just go to a CC anyway. In my senior year, I decided to pursue a career as a child psychologist/psychologist that works with kids. It's not a career choice that came from nowhere, as I have always wanted to help kids as my career. I had plans on transferring to a 4-year institution to get a bachelor's in psychology, preferably a B.S. and a minor in marketing as a backup, then go for my master's and then a doctorate as well, because this is what I learned was the best route for my end goal. Doing more research now, I am still not sure what the steps are to accomplish this goal. I want to know what I should be doing to make this goal more possible. I currently have a low GPA due to my first semester, but did well in the classes that matter, like psy and math. I am doing a lot better this semester and plan to take a summer class to bring it up. Outside of school, I am not sure what to do. I work a retail job and do substitute teaching on the side, but that's it. I know the simple idea is to do extracurriculars, but what exactly? I never really did any extracurriculars in high school besides freshman year, doing soccer and a non-academic club, as well as a literary club in senior year, and never took any AP classes nor did anything outside of school. Again, I have never really been the best at school until I created this goal in the last 2 years, but I am very determined to do what I can and have been working on myself and with a therapist to become stronger mentally to help. So basically, what should I do to make my goal more possible?
