Moving from India to Dubai after 3.5 years at top aviation company. How is the job market and what salary can I realistically expect?

I’m currently working in India with 3.5 years of experience in a leading global aviation company in a Supply Chain IT role. I work as a Supply Chain Analyst, supporting enterprise logistics applications, production issues, business users, testing, and supply chain operations. My primary experience is with Blue Yonder TMS.
I’m planning to move to Dubai within the next year and would like to understand the current job market.
I have a few questions:
How is the current job market in Dubai for professionals with experience in Supply Chain IT and Blue Yonder TMS?
What is a realistic monthly salary (AED) I can expect in MNCs in Dubai?
Is 3.5 years of experience enough to secure a job paying at least AED 12k per month?
I’d really appreciate insights from people who have made a similar move or are currently working in Dubai.
