Where do Visa Office Specific Documents Go?

I am applying for a study permit from outside Canada (India). Before creating my IRCC Secure Account, I downloaded two forms: Document Checklist (IMM 5483) and Visa Office Instructions (IMM 5818).

  1. There is no line item in my IRCC portal to put the documents that the visa office instructions ask such as transcripts/graduation certificates and letter of reference and all. Where do I put the various documents they require and do I even need to bother adding them or just upload what the IRCC portal asks and I am good?

  2. Before getting those two forms I did clearly select applying online but seems like the document checklist is still for a paper application asking me things like include proof of payment of application fee and some other documents that the portal does not ask for. The visa office instructions also ask to fill some questionnaire that is not on the portal and you cant insert information into it through like Adobe, probably have to print it, write on it and then scan and upload.

These two things are really confusing me and I would really appeciate any help from you all on how you handled this, Thanks.

Canadian Study Permit Letter of Reference How

Hi, I am to soon apply for my study permit for a program starting September 1st from outside Canada (India). The New Delhi visa office instruction checklist states that they need Reference letter from the individuals providing you financial assistance for your program, you must include. my_qualifications

They give specific points that must be included in that letter and I already have an affidavit of Financial support on non-judicial stamp paper signed by my parent and notarized but there was a point I missed (number of dependents). Would it be fine if I have this reference letter just signed and not printed on stamp paper or notarized or would that be too risky. It would be great if I could apply ASAP instead of wasting time on this unless it is really recommended.
