Are you doing a full bottle for the night time feeds or less?

How are you preparing your bottles for night time
feeds? I’m using Kendamil

Anyone have the recipe for their house fire sauce?

I just found out my insurance is covering a breast pump, what is a good one to get? I know spectra in the states is the best but what do we get in Canada?

I don’t want hands free, I already have that.

I am 9 weeks postpartum and started supplementing with formula from the beginning due to low supply, I have continued to offer the breast but I know I a mainly giving my baby formula. I continue to give the breast because I think any amount of breast milk is beneficial - or that is what I tell myself. But at what point do I just give up on BF. It doesn’t bother me mentally and I’ve come to terms with the fact my baby needs formula so not sure what to do.
