New to oats!
Hey all,
I never really had oats before but recently decided to eat more healthy and also at more “healthy times” (ie not eating past 7pm, intermittent fasting, focusing on my proteins etc…)
Now, I just bought a bag of Red Mill old fashioned rolled oats and I wanna start digging into it!
Any simple recipes you guys can share for a newcomer, tips, do’s and dont’s would be greatly appreciated!
I’m a pescatarian ,eat all kind of fruits and veggies, cheeses and milks with no allergies.
